Payment

Payment can be done by:

– Credit Card
– Interac e-Transfer
– Bitcoin

For e-Transfer, you will receive an email with clear instructions on how to send payment.

I have sent the Interact e-Transfer, now what?

Interact e-Transfers usually take up to one hour to process. Once received, we will notify you via e-mail and send you a tracking number once fully processed.

What happens if I don't send my payment?

Once you’ve placed your order, the next step in the process will be to submit an Interact E-Transfer. Your order will be kept on hold for 48 hours until we receive your payment. If the payment is not received within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled

Ordering

I've placed my order, now what?

Payments take us up to one hour to process. Once processed, we will notify you via e-mail and send your tracking number followed by your order information.

Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after being placed. Our team assembles your order as soon as you place it. If you notice any error after placing your order, contact customer service at info@budsandbeyond.cc

Minimum order amount?

There is no minimum order amount. We offer free shipping for order over $200.00 CAD

Maximum order quantity?

We only allow a maximum of 56 grams of dried cannabis flower per order. This is to help minimize theft and loss.

Who is eligible to purchase our products?

You must be a resident of Canada and 19+ years of age

Does dried cannabis flower go bad?

If the product is stored in a dry, dark place in an airtight container, it should maintain full potency until opened. Product may degrade after opening.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

Sorry, we only ship within Canada!

When do I get my tracking number?

You will receive an e-mail notification that includes your order information and a tracking number

Shipping fees?

Shipping rates highly depend on the province in which you are shipping to. We charge a flat shipping rate of $15 to orders from British Columbia, $18 to Alberta, Saskatchewan, and/or Manitoba. $20 to Ontario and we charge all other provinces a flat shipping rate of $23.
