Didn’t come with instructions. Used a tiny amount under my tongue. Felt fine and calm until 4 hours later after having a nap I woke up high as a kite never been that high off of thc before and it didn’t calm down for another 3 hours later. If you like the effects of thc this is for you but definitely not for me lol
