How it Works
- Login to your account
- Navigate to your dashboard to find your unique referral link
- From here you can copy the referral link or click to share on your social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, and WhatsApp)
- Once an order has been processed using your unique referral link, both you and your friend will receive 2000 points ($20)
- Please note – the referred customer will need to click “Create Account” at the checkout to receive their 2000 bonus points. If the new customer does not create an account at the checkout, both customers will not receive bonus points.
Refer a Friend Terms & Conditions
- The Refer a Friend program (“Program”) is open to all existing customers (“Referrers”) with an active account in good standing. To be eligible for rewards, the referred friend (“Referee”) must be a new customer who has not previously made a purchase.
- Referrers will receive a unique referral link to share with friends via social media like Facebook, Twitter, and Whatsapp. Referees must use the referral link during their first purchase to be eligible for rewards. The referral must be made before the Referee completes their first purchase.
- Upon the successful referral (completion of Referee’s first purchase), both the Referrer and Referee will receive rewards. Referrer rewards may include:
- 2,000 reward points added to their account.
- 2,000 reward points added to their account for first purchase.
- 1,000 reward points added to their account for new registration.
- Coupons can not be used with reward points at time of checkout, you can only use either reward point or coupon.
- Product under “Bundle” category are excluded from reward point system.
- Referrers cannot refer themselves or existing customers. Multiple referral links cannot be used for a single purchase. The Program is intended for personal use only.
- We reserve the right to refuse or revoke rewards if we suspect any fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these terms.
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without notice. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time. It is the Referrer’s responsibility to review the latest version.
- Any disputes or questions regarding the Program should be directed to our customer support team.
- By participating in the Refer a Friend program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
